I recently got the ASUS rx470 strix but I'm not getting the full performance from it.
I haven't had a chance to test it in many games yet, but I'm getting about 45-50 fps in BF1 1080p with the medium preset and about 45 fps in the Division on the high preset. One thing I found odd when looking at msi afterburner is that the gpu usage is highly unstable, boucnign between 99% and 0% usage constantly, but I'm not sure what could be causing this.

motherboard: asrock 970 pro3 r2.0
psu: corsair cx500
