Should I purchase an iMac or build a PC?

I use the full Adobe CC suite on a daily. I video edit alot and I use Unity. I play various games on Steam like Smite and Paladins and I play Overwatch. I understand that Overwatch doesn't run on Mac and I would need to use Parallels or Bootcamp for it to work. I am also deeply in the Apple "ecosystem" as in I own an iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.

I am currently using a Windows computer I built around 4 years ago and I love macOS and Windows alike!

My budget is around $2000.
For the PC I have the following build in mind:
Intel Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Asus Z170-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Intel 320 Series 80GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Founders Edition Video Card

For the iMac:
27-inch iMac with Retina 5K display
4.0GHz quad-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 4.2GHz
8GB 1867MHz DDR3 SDRAM - two 4GB
2TB Fusion Drive
AMD Radeon R9 M395 with 2GB video memory

I know you guys must see tons of these kinds of post and I thank you for reading through it!

Your PC would most definitely outperform the iMac. When thinking about workstations, you have to think about the upgrade and future proofing of your project. The 7700k is the most powerful i7 on the 1151 platform. Mac offers only previous generations cpu's. The 1070 would absolutely destroy the M395. Plus it has a lot more memory.
