I have a an H100i V2 water cooler and a Phanteks P400 case. I have just discovered that the recommended installation (putting the radiator and fans at the top of the case) will not work because it hits the memory cards. Is it okay for me to follow the case installation guide and put it at the front? Or should I consider getting a different case / water cooler?

I have that case and a H115i. Put it in the front in a "push" configuration. Mine works great.
