Boot from windows 10 installation media;
go to command prompt;
use diskpart to clean the drive:
- diskpart
list disk
select disk x (x - number of your drive from previous command)
clean
exit

You use usb flash drive to create windows installation media.
Then you boot from usb flash drive and install windows onto your hdd.
