MB - Look toward the B250 / H270 with four memory slots paired with the newer Kaby Lake CPUs.
MEM - Always install modules in pairs to take advantage of the dual memory controllers. A single module (or mismatched modules) will have you running in single channel mode (reduced performance). Of note... H110 / B150 / H170 are limited to DDR4-2133 and B250 / H270 are limited to DDR4-2400.
GPU - The GTX 1060 3GB is outdone by the RX 480 4GB for less cost. The GTX 1060 6GB is a different story, but the 6GB variant is also more expensive.
PSU - From EVGA, the W1 (and B1) units are pretty weak. B2 at a minimum, or look toward the G2 or G3 lineup. Also, anything from XFX or Seasonic is good as well. Light reading =>...
