I'd definitely choose the XFX XT power supply.

Both are decent the XFX is designed by seasonic a very trusted brand, but manufactured by Shenzhen Rui Sheng Yuan Technology which I have never heard of. The be quiet is designed and manufactured by FSP another trusted brand. Personally I think I would take the be quiet unit. Burt with a lack of professional in depth reviews for either I cant say for sure which is higher quality or which performs better.

Article on the "mystery of the xfx xt line" if you're interested, they also pull the case off and have a look at components: http://www.orionpsudb.com/news/the-mystery-of-xfx-budget-xt-line-solved-oem-and-platform-discovered

Try the similarly-priced Corsair CX430 or CX500 and if you want semi-modular then the CX430M or CX500M.
Better quality and better support!

Oh I wouldn't say that, certainly not when it comes to quality. The new black label CX450M and CX550M are pretty good, but the older green label CX units weren't known to be the greatest. I would rather have the XFX XT or the be quiet system power 8 over any green label CX unit.

Never heard of it, but my advice is to keep with the mainstream vendors (Seasonic, EVGA, Corsair, Cooler Master, SilverStone)
A PSU is never a component to cheap out on!
