I got a graphics card for christmas and i tried to put it in and it only made alot of noise and then turned off. So i figuerd its maybe the powersupply so i bought a new one and now it doesnt display on the monitor. It is a GTX 770 4gb
I am going to assume you had the computer unplugged from wall before you put the video card into the computer yes?
the GTX 770 had a 8pin connector that needs a cable to be plugs into it from PSu you have that plugged in ?
ok .. no one seems to have asked.. you have no power to your pc? no fans spinning ? so you replaced the psu... and still nothing ? or does everything work apart from no display/picture/input/signal ?
Go back to onboard video and remove the Nvidia drivers using ddu. Then try again. It may still be trying to run your old 750 and just not be able to run the 770
What do you mean? Just start the computer with the onboard video again and see if it'll let you install the Nvidia drivers for the 770 while using the onboard video. You'll need the 770 installed for this to be remotely possible
