problem with GTX1060 3gb

ok i got a new PC (prebuilt one) and when i started playingsome games i noticed that my frames were bit too low (like 30ish) so i checked my GPU , CPU monitor and found out that the GPU isnt being utilized (its at 0%) so if u had something like this happen to you and you fixed it help me fix it too please :)

Plug it into the GPU. At the moment you are only using the integrated GPU built into the CPU.

Also check your Nvidia drivers are up to date and everything should be good.
