Hi guys,I'm just planing to buy new GPU but there is one problem, which is about two GPU guys I'm an average gamer so GT 740 is better or GTX 750 (OEM)

Solution
for new, following page kind of lists the choices:
http://pcpartpicker.com/products/video-card/#c=380&sort=a8&page=1

Used? besides seemingly same or higher prices, possibly more hassle to handle return/repaid/warranty if problems appear:
http://www.ebay.com/sch/Graphics-Video-Cards/27386/i.html?_dcat=27386&Chipset%252FGPU%2520Model=NVIDIA%2520GeForce%2520GTX%25201050%2520Ti&_sop=15

Of course, good deals might mean that you get it used for less than that.

edit: Since the card upgrade is pretty big one, you should check that you are able to connect it to your monitor, most new GPU's don't have direct VGA output while older screens have only that. pretty much all have DVI though. If connectors are different, getting right kind of...

Can I play assassin's creed unity in i5 7400,gtx 7450 (oem),8GB DDR4 and Win 10 on ultra graphics?

I would bet on "no, you cannot" based on game's requirements.
MINIMUM:
Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K @ 3.3 GHz or AMD FX-8350 @ 4.0 GHz
Memory: 6 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 or AMD Radeon HD 7970 (2 GB VRAM)
RECOMMENDED:
Processor: Intel Core i7-3770 @ 3.4 GHz or AMD FX-8350 @ 4.0 GHz or better
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 or AMD Radeon R9 290X (3 GB VRAM)

You would have good enough processor and enough ram but your GPU would lack the minimum requirement. If the game runs at all, it would be on minimum detail level and low resolution, Running it on ultra would require better than minimum or recommended GPU

well okay how about GTX 750 Ti and bro it is cheaper then GTX 1050 ?

I would still say "no" since 750 ti is less than recommended 780 (It is also slower than earlier generation 680 which is the recommended card)

Now, Assasin creed games have been poorly optimized in general for quite a while now, meaning that things might not be smooth and pretty on even best hardware but.... yeah, below minimum specs would mean you might get it to run on low details.

Edit:
Based on relative speed/cheap cost, 1050 would be more effective as a choice, the game might even run on said card.

Case in point: 680 is almost twice as fast as 750 TI on most things, giving the general idea of relative performance.

so GTX 680 is worth it to buy well I mean is it cheaper then GTX 1050 TI

cheaper? no. it used to be in 300 USD range, while 1050 TI is close to 100. The reason for 680's cost is that it used to be top of the line card (see the last two digits, 80) and while old, people still ask relatively much for them.

Yes, raw power wise, 680 is bit better than 1050 but... if you have a low budget, go for 1050.
if you have that 300 to spend, get more recent card than 680, like 1060, it will be around 50% faster than old 680 for same cost or lower.

1050 TI vs 680, 680 is around 20% faster and cost 2.5 times more (250 to 300)
680 vs 1060, 1060 is around 50% faster and costs around same. (250 to 300)

so if you need to get a card at low price, 1050 TI is good choice
if you don't have as tight budget restraints, 1060 is decent alternative.

looking at youtube, people get AC unity to play at 30 to 45 FPS on ultra/high details with 1050 TI so it could fit your needs.
