i5 6500 Reaching 90C on load

My intel 6500 is reaching over 90C - 95C on load i understand this is not good i`m using a noctua cooler. l understand that i did something wrong when i was building it and i know a couple of things i can try before i do it but what do you guys recommend me doing?

1. Make sure you're PC is clean and dust-free
2. Make sure you have sufficient thermal paste applied to your CPU, if in doubt replace it
3. If you are still getting high temps then you may want to try a different cooler or even an AIO liquid cooler!

Btw dust is not the issue i build my PC about 2 months ago and i checked 3 days ago and dust is not the problem.
My case is the CORSAIR CARBIDE SPEC-01 RED LED

Yes, do you have any other fans installed? List all fans!

I do not have other fans installed i messaged my friend who built more pc`s then me and he said that it might help a bit but its probably not going fix the problem so i followed him on that one.
My PC specs are=

CPU= i5 6500 @3.2 Ghz
GPU= Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 Fury
SSD= Samsung 850 pro 256 GB
Case= CORSAIR CARBIDE SPEC-01 RED LED
CPU cooler= Noctua NH-U9B SE2
SSD= Samsung 850 PRO 256GB
GPU= Sapphire AMD R9 Fury
Ram= Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4-2400Mhz
Power= Corsair RM750i
Motherboard= MSI B150A Gaming Pro
Hard Drive= Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM001 2TB

That will not cool your system, there needs to be airflow to guide air into and out of your case!
Try adding intake and exhaust fans to your system in fairly even numbers (e.g. 3 in 3 out or 2 in 3 out)
