Hello. I have an AMD 750k(no oc, stock cooler). I am using Amd Overdrive to measure my temps. It stays at around 68 C. Also, while cpu 0,1 and 2 are staying at 2-8%, the cpu 3 is 10-19%. Now, if I oc my cpu to 4.0 Ghz(not modifying the voltages), which is the most i got, my temps go down to 40 C. Also while idling Amd overdrive shows me 66-68 C, HWMonitor shows 53-55C, and Core Temp 1.6 shows me 5C(yes 5)

AMD Overdrive shows the "thermal headroom" not the temperature. So your 68C reading at idle means the CPU can get 68C HOTTER than it was at that time. Temperatures DO go down on Overdrive because it is showing the amount hotter you can get.
