After rebuilding, and diagnosing the issue was a dead psu, I connected my 390 to my monitor, and fired it up. all the fans spin, however the gpu is not detected in the bios or in the software anywhere. I'm using the iGPU rn 
my only question is, could this be a driver issue? My previous board had wifi built in but this one doesn't so I bought an external one and its in the mail. usually when it is a driver issue it still shows up in the bios though right? ill post as soon as i give it the usual round of ddu and fresh graphics install. i did try a couple times to get it to show video from the gpu itself.
i tried reseating and replugging the psu cables
