Finally, I'm building a new rig after 8 years! Thank You AMD! Enermax used to be my PSU of choice but it seems they have fallen off? Is this the case? What recommendations now 850W-1000W range, are enermax PSU's still a solid choice?

Solution
Very few Lepa psus are made by Enermax and of them most have been discontinued. Most Lepa units are made by Sirtec, CWT and Yue-lin. The Sirtec and Yue-lin units are garbage. Naxn isn't it's own company like Lepa. NAXN is a series of Enermax psus.

Pretty much anything made by Seasonic or Superflower will be good aswell as CWT's high end unis like the Corsair RMX and RMi

As you mention, Enermax have indeed dropped off in sales!
I wouldn't purchase one myself even if I could find one - just looked, not easy!

I would recommend a Corsair RMi or HXi series PSU personally! (The HXi series is more efficient)
I have this myself.

OP wanted to know what happened to Enermax, who have indeed gone almost entirely into rebranding other people's products like Antec or Corsair PSUs, but are still around.

NAXN is wholly owned by Enermax and is their house brand economy line. They started rebranding other companies' PSUs with this line first, using cheap Taiwanese mfrs. LEPA is similarly their house brand premium line. It's like Scion-Toyota-Lexus are all Toyotas, even though the rebranded FR-S and 86 models are made by Subaru and have Subaru engines.

I still do like Seasonic even though I've had many of them fail in unrepairable ways. I prefer Delta (probably the most reliable consumer brand, as opposed to Zippy\Emacs for servers) for DIYers who will keep repairing them for 20+ years.
