I gonna have a upgrade on my graphic card
Is either gtx1060-1050 or gtx970-960
Motherboard : P55UDR3
Ram : 4gb DDR3 (upgrade coming)
CPU : Intel i5 661@3.33ghz (old and I don't have the money for cpu)
PSU : max 500w
Will my cpu bottlenecking gpu and causes lag or slow to my pc?

Solution
People have different money situations. I think the 750 will do you just as well as the 1050. Again, I'd stop spending money on this rig. Get the 750, play games, keep saving and get better parts. It's time for a new motherboard and CPU. (and more ram, an SSD, better PSU, etc.)
You will always game better with a faster graphics card.
The question is how much better.
Some games are cpu limited, and some games like fast action shooters are graphics limited.

Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

If you have the budget, buy the stronger card, or you will forever wonder if you should have.
I would favor the newer gen GTX1050/60 cards.
Particularly if your psu is not of top quality.

To be honest you have a lot of issues with your system. First gen core CPU, 4GBs of ram, old/junk PSU, motherboard that doesn't support SATA III and USB 3 (probably), etc. Of the cards you listed the 1060 and the 970 are the fastest. I think the 960 is faster than the 1050 as well. But I would honestly start looking for a new system before a new GPU. There have been a lot of advancements in tech since your CPU came out. 8-16GBs of ram with even a 3570 would be a big step up. Once you have a good base again you can get a new GPU.

My friend helped me check the store
And they have gtx1050 to gtx750ti (900series no stock)
And it's only rm 144(ringgit Malaysia) difference around 30usd
So which should I get
(Remember I have 500w psu)

Remember I have 500w psu

No, you don't. While I could be wrong seeing as you haven't gave us any PSU info, considering the parts you have listed you have a junk "500W" PSU shaped object. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess your "500W" PSU has a single 6pin PCIe plug, and 2-4 SATA plugs. And I've seen them with less. My 450W PSU has 6 SATA plugs and two 6+2 PCIe power plugs. I highly suggest getting a GPU that doesn't need any extra power. Because if you have a PSU from the era the rest of those parts are from you don't have a real 500W PSU.

It require pin after overclocking..

If it has a 6pin on the card, it needs a 6pin plug. It has nothing to do with OCing. If your "500W" PSU doesn't even have a single 6pin plug it's a worse unit than I thought. I think there are some 1050s with and without PCIe plugs. If you get one that doesn't have one you should be fine.

My question is will it lag my pc really bad / badly?

It's not that it will lag, it's that you'll spend more money than you'll need to. If the 1050 will be bottlenecked by your old setup meaning it will perform as well as the cheaper 750, it means you over spent. As I said earlier you really need a new system. Toms did an article recently showing the newest i3s can nearly keep up with and are faster than the 2600k. And yours is even older than that. The new HT Pentiums that just came out and cost ~$75 are faster than what you have. What you have is a system at the end of it's useful life and it's time to stop pumping money into it. Get a small/cheap GPU to keep it going while you save up for something newer. Trust me, it will be for the best.
