what to do if I get a second monitor but my gcard only had one hdmi port.

My graphics card is the r9 270x sapphire and I am using the D-SUB port / setting to display to my screen. I would like to get a second monitor but dont know what to do about the ports. What do I do? I would like to use two HDMI ports but i dont think my card has it.

you will need a DVI to HDMI converter, like this one:
