Can't overclock anymore

Hello, im using a i5 3570k processor with a Hyper 212 evo cooler on top. about a year ago i oc'ed it to 4.1ghz. last week i decided to up the value a bit more, yet i couldnt change the multiplier, the settings are set to manual but all the multiplier options seem locked, i can not underclock or overclock, the processor is stuck at 4.1 ghz, do you guys know why that might happen? i'd like to oc it to a value like 4.5 or 4.6 ghz.

List system specs, most specifically the Mobo.

Try resetting CMOS by pulling the battery without power plugged in and hold the on button on your computer for 20-30 seconds.
