So I'm getting a 65" 4K OLED this week but I would like to attach it to a PC instead of cable network. However, I don't have any experience in mini and micro PCs. I don't have a lot of space, and I'm looking for something small that handles 4K streaming and videos. Any response is welcome. Thanks to anyone who wants to help me with this.

This may or may not pertain to your query, as you sound like you're set on a PC, but the high-end Roku handles 4K and is a replacement to cable/sat set-top-boxes.
Edit: By replacement I mean it is a device for streaming apps such as Netflix, HBO Now, SlingTV, etc.
