Hi, maybe somebody can recommend good case for atx and other form factors? I don't use watercooling, so need something with more fans, or better fan setup. Also good option is antidust and less loud case.

Solution
That's exactly why I like the Luxe ... one simple LED to provide an accent along the corner of the case ... most use it to select a color matching their MoBo color accents. I'm w/ you here, these pulsing, breathing color changing / flashing LED systems that manufacturers are all pushing I don't think will find an audience for anyone over 15. The case is very simple, no aggressive lines.

The 2oor is a poor choice given your stated goals, but the 500R is a case I have used many times .... can't match the pro or the Luxe but no comparison to the 200R. I have built PCs in all of the following cases and have few complaints with the Corsairs but no complaints with the Phanteks:

We used to keep a set of case options in various price ranges for users to look at when asking us to build a box for them. We stopped doing that simply because Phanteks has come in and dominated winning "case of the year" award at Computex every year since 2013. We will still use any case the user wants (within limits) but once one compares them side by side (unless of course you want aggressive designs, wild paint colors and / or LED fans galore) we rarely see a user choose otherwise.

At $100,the EnthooPpro comes immediately to mind, but I have bought the Enthoo Luxe for as low as $119 ($135 last time I looked) ... it has three (3) case fans, the extra 2 being worth about $32 which accounts for most of the cost difference.... it also has built in exterior LED, LED control system and plug for adding interior light strips. Th most significant feature over the Pro however is the 'attic' space it has for top fans

yes the luxe is what i have at the moment

though thought it might be over their budget but if they are willing to spend the extra

or find it on sale then totally recommend it as well--especially in white my first white case ever in probably 20 years and god knows how many cases lol

and think it looks great as well as being a great case to build in/use

I don't wanna case full with leds, like christmas tree, or something with clear side window to see components, also I dont like strange, or future design(sometimes like, but not always). I like corsair, or fractial design brands, with simple design like 200r. All I want is cool components temperature, not too loud, and better dust prevention.

then i still recommend the enthoo pro you can get it with a solid panel instead of a window

Another thing ... the Phanteks has the best fans on the market.

If the Corsair design appeals, then you are the one who has to look at it all day and at just $10 more than the 200R, would appear too be a proverbial no-brainer if those are the two choices. To my eyes, however, and most reviewers, the Phanteks cases provide better performance and better aesthetics. The tempered glass model was deemed by one reviewer as "worthy of inclusion in an art gallery". I prefer a see thru side panel so I can read the MoBo LCD trouble codes, problem / warning lights etc w/o removing the panel but if that's not your thing the case is available in multiple side panel options. Color options include black , white titanium green, grey. Can see pics of the Pro and smaller Pro M here:
