i5-6600k huge lag spikes in all games

I'm having huge lag spikes/ 5-10 second freezes in all games. My GPU is an MSI GTX 1060 6G X and I can't understand why i'm suddently getting huge lag spikes...

CPU temps in check? CPU usage at idle? Programs running in the background that are killing your CPU usage?
