I want to mention that this is my first ever pc built by myself so please help and my budget is around $1000 including a monitor.

EVGA BQ is made by FSP, which is not the most stellar brand out there for PSUs. And you have $1000 to spend so get something better than that.

I honestly prefer AMD RX 480 over the 1060. But if you absolutely don't want AMD, I can change that out.

Thanks! May i ask why the AMD RX 480 is better than the GTX 1060? i do not have anything against AMD but i never used one before. Also, would you recommend the XFX RADEON RX 480 8GB Custom Tuned OC Graphics Card w/ Backplate or a different one?

I would recon the PowerColor 480 Red Devil could be another option, I have one and this thing its a beast, overclocks like crazy and still super quiet!!
