Problem/Background
Not sure how this all started but this PC was pretty much new, bought it from a guy who never used it. I've used it for about 2 1/2 months now for stuff like: Netflix, Smite, Runescape, and YouTube.. Had no issues. I go away to a wedding and my family member moved it while I was away, I thought no big deal. When I went to turn on my PC, it did the usual loading screen and then my monitor displayed "no signal and shut off". It was weird but thought nothing of it and tried and over and over again, same thing. So I take it into the IT at work and he goes through the process of trying to get it past the booting screen, eventually he gets past it and the PC starts fine. He gives it back to me, I take it home and use it for 6 hours on and off with it in "sleep-mode" in-between usage. The whole time I was watching Netflix and playing video games without a problem. I go to head asleep and turn it off through the screen by selecting power button->shutdown and it turned off. Woke up at 5am to the PC running and shutdown via the button on the PC. Now its back into the infinite loop. I believe it was attempting to update windows when I powered down which I know isn't good nor did I think it at the time.

What I've done so far:

  • I've restored the whole PC deleting literally everything.
I've set BIOS back to default.
In BIOS-changed to integrated graphics and the PC boots in seconds.
While in integrated graphics I re-downloaded Nvidia graphics drivers and updated windows 10.

Causes I've found Online:

  • PSU
    Motherboard
    Graphics card

Final point's I might've missed/might be helpful:
I do not have spare PC parts as this is my first PC. Therefore I can't go exchanging parts to narrow it down.
The fan on the gtx 970 still runs even though nothing is displayed.
It is a Cyberpower Zues Mini 2
Think it might have to do with windows. Ever since there was an update, I haven't been able to get it running.
