I have a completed build with the following specs:
ASUS Z170-AR
Intel I5-6600K
ASUS Strix RX 480 8GB
Toshiba OCZ Trion 480 GB
Seasons 650 KM Active PFC F3 PSU
The computer runs fine, will never turn off spontaneously, and most of the time is able to resume from sleep and boot up just fine.
Occasionally, however, when resuming from sleep, the computer will turn on and then shut off immediately (within a second). The problem is always fixed by turning the PSU off from the back, waiting a few seconds, and then turning it back on. The computer will then boot up just fine.
This seems like a short circuit, but the problem is highly intermittent. Does anyone have any suggestions?
