I have been having a lot of bugs glitches when I installed my new GTX 1060 SC 6GB and wasted a good 4 hours trying to fix them. The most important ones would be how I get 100% disk usage at all times and I tried 10 methods on fixing it, No help. Secondly I just encounteted this when overclocking https://youtu.be/ud5hBRLV-54

I'm not sure about the 100% disk. I'd check that out under the storage forum.
Try uninstalling that and using MSI Afterburner
