I built a computer a couple of days ago but it won't turn on no matter what I do. I tried breadboarding and turning on the motherboard with only the speaker, the CPU, and HSF connected but without any luck. I tried almost everything I can think of. The motherboard won't turn on. Not even the fan would turn on. You can't even hear any beeps. I am using i7 7700k with MSI z270 A Pro. I am using Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo for the CPU. I also checked this list.

Nothing seems to make the motherboard turn on.
Any help would be appreciated.
