Best Cpu to go alongside the 950 ftw?

I am trying to upgrade my build with a budget of $250. What CPU would be the best to go with my 950 ftw? I will mainly be playing games like league of legends, CS-GO, Battlefield 1, and paladins. I was thinking about upgrading to the i5 4690k and try my hand at overclocking. What do you guys think?

pentium g3258
msi h81m-p33
kingston hyperX fury 8GB (2x4)
evga 950 ftw
rosewill viper z
corsair cx 500w

You can't overclock an i5 with an H81 motherboard, so no point in buying a "K" CPU. $250 might get you an i7 if you shop around. I'm willing to bet you can find a 4770 or maybe even 4790 for around that. Battelfield 1 runs far better on a stock i7 than even a heavily overclocked i5 anyway.
