yesterday i shut down my computer and after i went to turn on it will not boot. i am getting power to all my fans, and my graphics card, but not my mouse or keyboard.(i know because they have lights in them). my motherboard would beep once started, but not anymore. i don't really know where to start diagnosing. any help would be great, thanks.
