My pc fps drop after new gpu

My cpu is i7 4770k

Max temp is 74

With small load is that ok or no

Since i got my new 1070 gtx gpu im having weird fps drops in pc and i cant know why

Mostly when i hook up the 2nd monitor and run a video in it .. the game fps drops instantently

You're probably splitting the FPS between the two monitors when you hook the second one up.
