Ok so I'm getting my first gaming pc. I'm in the highest tier of noobs which makes getting the whole thing really difficult.
Ok so the main thing is I'm getting a gaming pc with i5 6500, rx480 and 16gb corsair vengeance ram. What I cannot decide is the motherboard.

Asus H110M-D - 6th Generation DDR4 MotherBoard (LGA1151, DDR4 2133Mhz, Parallel + Com + VGA + HDMI Ports, MicroATX Board)

Or

MSI H110M Pro-VHL LGA 1151 DDR4 Intel H110 HDMI / VGA / SERIAL PORT / PARALLEL PORT SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Both have awesome reviews.
The thing is that I'm gonna connect a sound card AND a WiFi card. Moreover I'm getting a total of four fans. And although I don't plan on overclocking I'm still worried about a bottleneck. And which one would have more slots and features etc?
So which one would be better overall?

Ok so the next thing is how will I install Windows 10 in the setup? I'm getting a 500 gb SSD and a 2TB seagate barracuda internal hard disk. Which one shall I use and how to install the whole thing? All this is basically just new to me. I don't know anything.
And if I get a speaker system, how will I connect it to the setup? I'm really worried about overheating and all because it's supposed to be a one time thing with me. I'm getting a 550 watt corsair power supply if that matters.
And the keyboard mouse and headphones I'm getting have three colours. How will I choose a colour and make it stable etc.?

I guess this proves how big of a noob I am so please if anyone can recommend me some reading material and setup guides etc because I'll be doing this on my own.

Thank you very much.

The two boards you selected are MicroATX, which aren't that great if you need lots of expansion cards. The Asus board won't work for you at all as the one of your 3 expansion slots will be covered by the heatsink of the RX 480 and you will only be able to connect the Wifi card or the Sound card, not both. The MSI board does allow all three slots to be populated with a dual slot GPU, but you only get one PCI-E x1 and one old school PCI slot, so if both your sound card and wifi card are PCI-E you will only be able to use one.

You may want to look at getting a full sized ATX motherboard or a more fully featured MicroATX board with more expansion options if you want to use that many expansion cards, but those will be pricier. You could...

You could also look at using a USB DAC instead of a sound card and an external USB dongle for wifi. Onboard sound is generally good enough for most people, so getting a dedicated sound card or external DAC usually isn't necessary unless you plan on using very high end headphones, hooking your PC up to a high end sound system or are doing serious audio related work with your PC.

You would install Windows 10 onto the SSD, and that would also allow you enough space to install most applications and a few modern games. You would use the 2TB hard drive for storing large media files, and games where you aren't too concerned about longer loading times.
