I have a Gtx 1070sc and and fx8320 8core. Ive seen gtx 1070 benchmarks of bf1 and other newer game with framerates much higher then what i am getting. Is it just my cpu or what else could be the problem. Also some of the games still dont look very good on ultra setting, but when i upscale it to 4k (on a 1080p monitor) it looks perfect. I just feel that something isnt right. Any help would be great thx
