i5-6600k bottleneck combined with GTX 470?

Im sure it will, but I just don't know too much about the bottlenecking stuff. I just want to build an extra PC and hand it off to a friend. I saw the i5-6600k is a pretty good processor for the price. If the GTX 470 wont work with it, I was just gonna snag a GTX 1060 3gb. Open box near me right now for $150.

Main question is about bottlenecking with the i5-6600k and GTX 470. Will it?

May I confirm do you mean GTX470 or RX470?

Either way, you will face no issues with this combo, just get a card with >=4GB of VRAM!

6600k is more than capable of running the gtx 470. having 3gb vram is not advisable now. try for a sapphire nitro rx470 4gb. u can even crossfire them later if u have the proper mobo n psu. n yes, the 6600k can handle 470 cfx(not completely but just fine. i would recommend a 7700k for 470 cfx).
