i have never tried it before here is my specs
Motherboard: asus maximus hero VIII
Processor: i7 6700k
Memory: 16gb
PSU: rm850x
GPU: zotac 980 ti amp extreme

You could overclock your CPU, GPU, RAM and Monitor with that PSU and still have watts left!
Go for it!

I can't know as I don't have one and every GPU is different. I would recommend seeing if anyone on youtube has a video on this or at least a tutorial on how to start overclocking video cards!
