Hello guys.
I am facing fps drops from 101 fps to 5-15 fps in a frequent manner (between 15 seconds approximately), even though I play in 800x600 resolution.
My In-game video settings is all set to low and graphics card driver is updated.
My laptop specifications are as follows:
ASUS R558UQ-DM513D
i5-7200U @2.5GHz, ~2,7GHz
8GB DDR4 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 940MX 2GB DDR3
Windows 10
Coming to the problem, in this pic, you can see my fps drops to 10-20 fps and CPU usage comes to ~13-14%.
After some 10-15 seconds, the game runs smoothly and returns to 101 fps, and cpu usage increases to 60+ %. But few seconds later, it again drops to 10-20 fps.
I tried several methods like: Editing launch options, Setting priority to high, Changing battery mode to High performance etc., but it is not working.
