Yesterday i decided to clean my pc from dust. Before i did it it worked fine. I unplugged everything from psu till motherboard (unpluged all the wires) and took out the components from the case. I cleaned the case and i puted the components back in their places. I presume i may have wired something bad becouse i don't know or understand the wires. Currantly when i want to start my pc i have a red light under the power button. It has a battery symbol.
