From the laptop maker's website usually (that's if your specific model is still supported, Advent are not good on web support generally).

If your laptop model originally shipped with a newer OS installed, XP drivers may never have been released for it.

as you said they are not good at support.simply cannot find.must be some way to get them.it was xp and i put win7 in it.now i cannot find drivers.its such a nice laptop.
