Extremely slow boot HELP!

when pc is booting it up it hangs on windows logo for about 5 mins then it loses video signal for about 3 mins and then it logs in

gtx 970
i7 4790

Take out RAM sticks, clean contacts and reseat one at a time, testing your computer as you add them.
