Hello,

I've recently bought intel i5 6402p for my PC. (The PC is brand new) While I was installing windows 10 from a bootable USB drive, suddenly my computer shut off. At first I tought it was a regular restart process. But after several minutes of waiting, the PC did not turn on so I had to power up the PC. PC started up again. But there was no display on my monitor and the led of the power button was not lit. I've opened the case. The Motherboard's troubleshooting light was on. It was indicating "CPU" with a red led. The fans seemed to be running just fine. But the CPU and the power button led were not running. There was no output to the monitor at all.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Thanks

PC Specs:
M.Board: MSI Mrotar B250M
GPU: MSI GTX 1050 2Gb
CPU: Intel Quad Core Skylake i5 6402p
PSU: 400W Powerboost

Hard Drive: Toshiba 1TB HDD

Feel free to ask any questions.

That PSU is TERRIBLE. Chances are, it's already damaged some of your parts - if you can, try a different PSU (EVGA 500B should work).

But the power supply worked well at the beginning.

The GPU doesn't seem to have anything to do with the problem as the Ez Debug lights shows that CPU is the problem

Whats the ez debug code error, just want to be sure before you start the rma process with intel.

I'm not quite sure. Also what is a rma process?
