Help Issue with first build

I put together my first pc..
i7-7700k with a B150A Motherboard
It comes on however I get no display
I am wondering if I ordered the wrong memory
The memory i ordered is 1 8gb Stick of Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Single DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200) DIMM 288-Pin - BLS8G4D240FSE

Or could it be the board wont display because its a Kaby Lake Processor

USB update - not on B150 board.
Your options are: borrow SkyLake CPU to update BIOS of your mobo; OR take the mobo to good comp shop and have them update it; OR get new mobo (B250 or Z270 are currently the only ones that support Kaby Lake out-of-box)
