Disk 1 runs at 100% when running a program or file which is on it for a while. This doesn't happen on my SSD which is my primary drive. I'll run a game or open a file and sometimes it instantly makes my PC run slow (100% disk) or after a while it'll then crash. I've had the disk for 6 months and it started doing this 3 months ago. Also checking SMART status said both disks were fine.
