Updating Z97 Gaming 3 BIOS. Need Help.

Hello, today i was searching for Updates for my PC (nVidia , etc. and also checked BIOS Version. and its V2.3, 24.07.2014

i checked MSI website searched my MSI Z97 Gaming 3 ,and there is

2016-02-18

- Improved memory compatibility.
- Support PSC B-die DDR3 Memory
- Fix that system is not able to boot from legacy DVD ROM when RAID is activated.
- Updated CPU microcode.


Should i update? Because lately i had many problems with poor performance on game, especially on my RAM.

Can someone help me, updating BIOS, this will be my first time updating BIOS.

No reason not to update to the latest BIOS. Make sure you are stable and nothing else running when you upgrade. Very unlikely the new BIOS will improve performance or mitigate whatever is leading to your " lately i had many problems with poor performance on game, especially on my RAM." statement.
