Games don't get fps

Hey !! I have a low end PC !!!!!C2D e4400 ...gt 610 2 GB GPU....4 GB 1333 MHz ram (2 sticks of 2 gb ) ...I wanted to ask why can't I game ....I have seen YouTube videos where they so same specs but better fps !!!! I usually play csgo in all low settings in 1024*768 resolution and get like max of 60 ( if there is nobody around me ) and I get usually 25-35 fps ( where all people are bunched up ) and this is continouslly increasing and decreasing .....I also play some high end games before like sniper elite 3 and GTA 5 and the screen shows like multi color .....help me

No part of that build is usable for an actual gaming build anymore (the 610 never was) anyone running gtav on your system does not have good performance. Also if you're looking at old vidoes of performance even CSGO has upped their burden on equipment

im sorry to say but there is only so much optimisation you can do for certain builds and for you, there is nothing you can do to increase performance in any noticeable way. Your system is in need of a refresh or a new build, i understand not everyone can up and leave and get a new PC straight away so my advice is use waht money you have now and either save up a bit or sell that pc for a little extra.
