hey guys ive been searching on this website for ages now and cant find out how to get my graphics card working i probably just need drivers but it wont show up in my device manager and its serial number is a little scratched off also i have a apu in my comp please help

Hm.... try going into Device Manager, View > Show hidden devices. After checking/ticking it, see if anything shows up under Display adapter. If it can be seen then Windows (assuming Windows) can see a piece of hardware there. If it can't, there's a possibility the card is faulty.
You could also try downloading a software monitor like Speccy which provides an overview of your PC's specs. If that can see your graphics card there might be a chance it could provide you with a model.
