I got zapped by my pc case

So i was turning on my pc and touched the case and i got zapped i turned on the pc and everything worked fine. My pc is ontop of wood desk. Should i be worried ?

If it was a one time thing, don't worry about it. Only get concerned if it keeps happening.

the system gets power from one of these thins you plug into wall and then it has 3 power outlets i can check the condition of it.

yea it was like a ZAP that i felt really well and its a wooden desk and the case has rubber feet...

If it just happened the one time than that is probably static electricity that you had and it was going to ground. Same thing you would get if you touched the metal screws on an outlet or light switch. If it happened more than once than you have a bad ground which if it is bad for the whole house is very dangerous.

Ok so i plugged my pc's power cable to the wall i have been reseting my pc and stuff= no zapps. i tried to find an voltage meter but it seems i dont have one. this has never happened before and i live in a country where the wall power outlets and electricity stuff in general is very good quality and the zap happened around one and half hours ago.
