Ive recently upgraded my rig about 3 weeks ago here are the specs:
http://imgur.com/a/tTWVo
Also added a :pNY CS1311 120GB SSD as a master drive along with these other two satas:

WDC WD5000AAKS-65A7B2 HDD
Hitachi HDE721010SLA330 HDD

I ran win7 on the Hitachi HHD, but bought the SDD preloaded with win10
But not everything went as smoothly as i expected;
Mind you, i had the components installed by the same people that sold me the extra components...they missed a few things on their hurry to close sadly (the bios reset jumper was left on, my new SDD s power was left unplugged, and for what i can tell on my CPU temps, the thermal paste wasnt re-added (since the processor wasnt replaced).

Here are the issues I've experienced, in order:
I first struggled with getting an output to my monitor, since i hadnt realized the jumper was left on, had to shutdown and attempt diffrent monitors and cables until I noticed... Yep.

Second, the order of my drives was shuffled thanks to the bios reset, had to re-setup the boot order again, even tho i had it be setup when it was built.

Third and most annoying, given that this is still something i havent been able to resolve:

At almost random times (but most frequently when playing ANY videogame paired with a youtube video playing on the background) my computer will ethier

a) Have the screen freeze and repeat the last played noise on a half-second loop for as long as 1 minute.
b ) Have the same freeze but it doesnt revert after a minute, requires a hard reset to fix
c) My computer will freeze, give no audio output and just shutdown on its own
d) After any of the above, ethier during the booting sequence, or when im about to open my windows user, my computer will just shut down on its own, followed by ethier ANOTHER shutdown or freeze and will prompt me with a screen telling me windows didnt boot properly (giving me an option to repair or reboot again) or just have issue a) repeat and then allow me to move on.

Any of the above issues can chain into one another, but most commonly i will just have b ) happen on its own , and d) has only happened to me three times so far.

Also i once caught a pop-up tell me my nvidia kernel driver had crashed and reset inbetween a) chaining into b ), however said notification can be found nowhere on my systems event viewer, and the only sign of the above issues ever happening is the log of my hard resets as warnings, and the booting promp on d)

These are all the actions ive taken while attempting to solve this issue, and been completely stumped by the lack of progress:

-Monitored my systems sensors with HWinfo, had nothing out of the ordinary happen, no even when in the middle of an a) or b ) ,only a high-ish temp of 79°C at my CPU (but it can stay at that temp and produce no issues at all)
-Stressed my systems components with AIDA64 (GPU, CPU, SYSTEM MEM,etc) no issues arose from this except from the obvious slowness excpected from a stress test.
-Checked and validated my drives and rams with a plethora of memory/corruption checking softwares
-Monitored the windows system event viewer , nothing other than the notifs from the hard resets as mentioned above
-Updated and validated all my drivers thur various means, no changes at all
-Left the computer idling to see if its a run-time related issue, computer idles just like any other.
-Let the computer rest for a few days and see if anything coolds down
-Loaded more than one game game along with youtbe videos to try and replicate the issue, (almost tought i had somehow solved it when nothing happened)
-Attempted many ways to replicate the issue when it arose for the first time on a random set of variables, barely any consistent success.
-Took my computer to a technician nearby, only to spend 2 hours attempting to replicate any of my issues, only thing he did was clean my ram and make sure no static was stuck in it, somehow that convinced me it was fixed, until yesterday; b )happened again and its going strong.

Send help, I do not know what to do anymore, i cannot find any possible explanation to this, and since im never sure if its fixed or not its slowly driving me insane

Also just a bit ago i experienced a light electric discharge when triying to power on my computer, afraid it might be static now.

Its a PIXXO JAGUAR 600W 20+4PIN, SATA, PCI-E, ATX , so my voltage *should* be fine; however it does rarely have a strange ring to its fans but i suspect it happens whenever i move the computer too much.
