100% CPU usage

Hey so I recently pick up a i5 6600k and when I am idling I usually have 10% but, once I start up a game it is usually between probably 90-100% should I be worried?

Nope. Your CPU is bottlenecking GPU that's all.

What is running when you are at 10% idle?
It should be close to zero.

What game exhibits that 100% busy behavior?
I do not know of any game that should be doing that.
A I5-6600K should be loafing in most games.

do some work with task manager to identify what tasks are using that much cpu.

The only task is the game and it's at like 80-95%
