Looking for a motherboard

Does anyone have any suggestions for the best motherboard under $150? Keep in mind that there must be an m.2 slot, and the board should look at least decent considering that there is a front window, so rgb would be nice. I also want overclocking.

For under $150, the ASRock]http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z270%20Gaming%20K4/index.asp]ASRock Fatal1ty Z270 Gaming K4[/url] would nicely complement that Black/Red S340. It has RGB, 2x M.2 slots, and black/red motif. It's $139.99.

Another option is the ASRock Z270 Extreme4. Like the Fatal1ty Gaming K4, this also has RGB, 2x M.2 slots, BUT a black/white motif (which would complement the Cryorig H7 CPU Cooler, instead of the case). It's ~$139.99/$145.99.
