Lenovo H530 graphic upgrade

Hi I have a Lenovo h530 with a GT 720 graphics card. I want to play newer games such as Halo wars 2. I need a minimum graphic card such as GTX 660 to play the game. I don't know much about PC hardware so can some plead explain what I should do to upgrade the graphics card. Don't want to go above £150.

The price would mean GTX 1050ti territory in the UK (depending on model). It would be the most powerful at that price point unless there's a bargain on something like the RX 470.

EDIT: there are things to consider. You'd need to check if your power supply can handle the power requirements of the GTX 1050ti (it's a fairly economical card). Upgrading the graphics card is typically replacing the old one. There's a lock on one end and typically screws at the other. It's fairly straightforward to remove and replace.
