How good will that pc run the latest titles in high/ultra (40-50) fps?

I'd invest in an Intel Pentium G4650 instead of a 4 y/o CPU, if it isn't already bought. Better upgrade potential and better performance at same price.

Yeah, the CPU will usually be the weak link, I don't have much faith in an FX 4 core keeping up in modern games.

You should be able to get decent FPS, at least 30, can't say an exact number not knowing the game too well myself. If Phenom II X4 is minimum, then you should be able to get decent FPS with the newer CPU.
i have an am3+ motherboard and a gt 630 gpu,i am planning on buying the gtx 1050 ti.Should i get that gpu first,upgrade to another am3+ cpu like the fx 8350,or change my motherboard to an intel supporting one,and then buy a new intel processor? What should be my best bet in that situation?
