I just built my first PC and when I plug power into it the cpu cooler, the case fans, and the gpu fans do not spin. I tried connecting my build to a monitor and the bios would not pop up. I think it might have to do with the PSU. Anybody have a fix

mobo: Asus x99 deluxe II

psu: Corsair AX860i (note: whenever I start PC psu reboots once or twice until it turns on)

gpu: MSI gtx 1080

cpu: i7 6850k

cooler: Corsair h110i v2

SSD: Samsung 850 pro (512gb)

Case: Corsair 760t

(Note: mobo leds, case leds, and ssd is working. CPU cooler does not pump the water, fans dont spin and gpu fans dont spin. But, one time I booted it up everything worked fine. So it probably is not a connection issue.)

That's a rough one to diagnose. I have that same case and love it. I've looked at some reviews on that motherboard and notice a lot of others having the same issue. I think you got a bad motherboard. However, I wouldn't rule it out just yet. What RAM do you have installed?

trident z. also, the motherboard leds light up and it seems to work. still might be the mobo tho. i would like to know what part is defective asap so I can file for a return because after a certain while returns are not accepted.
