This is the only thing that I see when I try to boot up my windows PC. I've tried inserting the installation disc and restarting it, but it shows the same screen. If I try to press Return or F8, the screen flashes black for a fraction of a second, but stays the same. I've looked all over the internet, but could not find a solution that worked.
