VERY good specs but low fps

Hi, I got a new GPU but still get like 120-200 fps on freaking CSGO. And I get 25-60 fps on ultra settings on GTA V.

My specs according to nvidia experience:
GeForce Strix Gaming gtx 1070
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 4.00GHz
16 gb (15.95 gb) RAM
144Hz monitor

what was your old gpu? you might not get that much of a difference if your cpu was the limiting factor even before an upgrade

What are your resolution? 25-60 fps in 2k(1440p) ultra in GTA5 should be normal for GTX 1070

If your resolution only 1080p ultra then there something wrong. But I doubt its the case. If it is, then check whether your gpu run on 16x pcie lane.
